ScholarDost (operated by SYSVORA SYSTEMS) use karne se pehle yeh Terms of Service padh lein. Platform use karna, register karna, ya browse karna in terms ki acceptance hai. Agar aap in terms se sehmat nahi hain toh platform use mat karo.

2. Service Description

ScholarDost ek free information aggregation platform hai. Specifically:

  • Hum publicly available scholarship aur education loan information compile karte hain
  • Hum aapke profile se matching scholarships suggest karte hain
  • "Apply Now" button aapko directly official portal par redirect karta hai

IMPORTANT — Hum kya NAHI hain:

  • Hum kisi bhi scholarship provider, bank, ya government body se affiliated NAHI hain
  • Hum scholarship ya loan applications process NAHI karte
  • Hum scholarship approval ya loan approval ki guarantee NAHI dete
  • Hum koi financial advisor NAHI hain

ScholarDost ek free service hai.

  • Hum kisi bhi direct, indirect, incidental, ya consequential damages ke liable nahi hain

Aap agree karte ho ki ScholarDost aur SYSVORA SYSTEMS ko kisi bhi claims, damages, losses se indemnify karoge jo aapke platform misuse se arise ho.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Yeh Terms Indian law ke under governed hain. Koi bhi dispute exclusively Vadodara, Gujarat ki courts mein resolve hoga.

10. Dispute Resolution

Koi bhi dispute pehle friendly negotiation se resolve karne ki koshish hogi. Agar resolve nahi hota toh Vadodara, Gujarat mein arbitration hoga under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Termination

  • Aap apna account kabhi bhi delete kar sakte ho
  • Hum terms violation par account suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain
  • Termination par aapka data hamari retention policy ke hisaab se handle hoga
